An exciting update on our design for a new residential neighbourhood on a complex backland site in Dun Laoghaire. The project incorporates two protected structures, a public thoroughfare and is adjacent to an ACA. This sensitive setting required a sympathetic approach for new homes that recognises and respects historic character and context.The architectural language is designed to sit comfortably alongside the typical period streets of Dun Laoghaire employing contemporary forms and materials.
