Here are some extracts from a feasibility study we completed recently for a city centre site. Our proposal created 90 hotel rooms split between the existing building and a contemporary wing to the rear. A new podium level allowed us to extend the existing retail at ground floor while creating internal courtyards for the hotel and bars above. At the upper level, new setback floors over the existing building allowed us to provide a roof level restaurant with spectacular views and generous terraces.
